- Development applications lodged through the NSW Planning Portal since late 2018. Councils have been required to use the Portal since 1 July 2021, so some earlier applications may be missing.

- Every 15 minutes. Last successful check: 23 Oct 2026, 4:11pm Sydney time.
What we add, and what we leave out
LodgedLeads adds trade categories, lead scores and formatting. These are our interpretation and are not endorsed by the NSW Government or any council.
Some fields, including the estimated cost of development, are entered by applicants and may be inaccurate. Check the council's own tracker before relying on any detail.
We do not scrape council websites or buy lists, and we never include owners' names, phone numbers or email addresses. LodgedLeads is not affiliated with the NSW Government.
