From council register to inbox.
In the last 30 days 3,401 applications were lodged with NSW councils. We check for new ones every 15 minutes.
Three steps
- 1
An application is published
A homeowner, builder or developer lodges a development application with their council through the NSW Planning Portal, and it appears in the Portal's public data.
- 2
We find it within minutes
LodgedLeads checks the Portal every 15 minutes, reads the type of work, cost, storeys and dwellings, and works out which trades the job is relevant to.
- 3
You get an email straight away
If it matches your trades, councils and minimum job size, it is in your inbox in the same hour, with the address, the work proposed and the council reference.

What works for our customers
- Write to the site
- A short letter to the site address introducing your business, with a photo of a similar job and an offer to quote. It reaches the owner and respects their privacy.
- Reach them before the tender
- Many applications are lodged months before work starts. Owners are often still choosing a pool company, landscaper or fencer.
- Talk to the builder or designer
- Council documents usually name the designer or builder. They need reliable subcontractors and suppliers, and one relationship can bring repeat work.
- Follow up on approval
- Mark leads as contacted in your account. When an application changes to determined, work is usually about to be booked.
Please follow the Spam Act 2003 and the Do Not Call Register rules. We recommend addressed mail over cold calls.
