Privacy policy

LodgedLeads (lodgedleads.com.au) is run from Sydney, New South Wales. We handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

When you create an account: your name, email address, business name, trade, optional phone number and a hashed password. When you subscribe, Stripe processes the payment and we keep a customer reference, never your card details.

We keep basic technical records, such as sign-in times, to keep accounts secure.

To run your account, send the alerts you ask for, process payments, answer support requests and improve the service. We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Lead data comes from the NSW Planning Portal open data feed. It contains site addresses and descriptions of proposed work, not owners' names or contact details. We do not try to identify or contact property owners, and we ask customers to follow the Spam Act 2003 and the Do Not Call Register Act 2006.

Passwords are hashed with scrypt. Sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies. Access to production systems is restricted.

You can update your details, change alerts or delete your account from your account page. To request access to or correction of your information, email hello@lodgedleads.com.au.
