Terms of service

LodgedLeads provides information about development applications published by the NSW Government, organised into categories and email alerts. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in work, or that the underlying government data is accurate or complete.

Give accurate details, keep your password secure and use the service for your own business. Please do not share logins or resell lead data.

Contact people lawfully, including under the Spam Act 2003, the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 and the Australian Consumer Law. Do not use LodgedLeads to harass anyone or to try to identify private individuals beyond the public record.

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. The subscription is billed monthly in advance in Australian dollars including GST. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Development application data is used under the licences listed on the data sources page, and attributed to its publishers there.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or refunding the fees for the month in which the problem occurred.
